Kathi

Kathi - Treatment Coordinator

Kathi is an RDA with over 37 years of experience in dentistry, in both front office management and as a dental assistant. She joined Dr. Exler's team in 2002 as his appointment & treatment coordinator. She uses her expertise in keeping our patients informed with each step of their treatment and assists them in coordinating appointments with their other dental specialists. Kathi works with our patients to help them understand their insurance benefits and reimbursement billing. Kathi enjoys attending sporting events and many outdoor activities with her husband of 35 years as well as spending time with their 3 adult children and their families.

Crystal - Registered Dental Assistant

Crystal joined the team in January 2018. She holds her Registered Dental Assistant license and has over 18 years of experience in the dental field in both front and back office. Crystal is always excited to advance her knowledge and continue her education in dentistry. One of her favorite parts of working in dentistry is communicating and building relationships with patients to help make their experience in the dental office as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. When she is not working, you can find Crystal reading, gardening, taking on home improvement projects, or out on the soccer fields managing and cheering on her teenage son’s year round soccer team.

Mali

Mali - Registered Dental Hygienist

Mali graduated from Pasadena City College's Dental hygiene program in 2005. Upon graduation Mali was awarded the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award, which is presented annually by faculty to students who have demonstrated remarkable skill and talent over the course of their classes. Prior to this Mali worked in the dental field as an RDA. Educating patients on their dental health and how it can affect their overall health continues to be her professional passion. Outside of the office Mali enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, and watching movies.

Meg

Meg - Registered Dental Hygienist

After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), Meg began her career as a dental hygienist. With over 25 years of experience, Meg continues to take pride in patient care and continuing her education to ensure consistent, quality treatment. Meg enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, sporting events and classic car shows.

Sherri

Sherri - Registered Dental Hygienist

As a registered Dental Hygienist, Sherri has been a part of Dr. Exler's team for over 22 years and shares his philosophy of providing the best possible care for all of our patients. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Sherri received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1983 from the University of Southern California where she served as her class president for two years. Upon graduation, she volunteered one day a week as a clinical instructor for several years at USC and pursued her passion of working in a periodontal practice. She brings to Dr. Exler's Prosthodontic practice the knowledge and technical skills to educate her patients to improve their oral health which will influence their overall health and well being. She has been happily married for 32 years and has 3 wonderful adult children. In her spare time, she volunteers and is on the board of directors of several nonprofit organizations.

Noelle

Noelle - Registered Dental Hygienist

Noelle comes from a family of dentistry, her father is a Prosthodontist and her mother is a dental hygienist. Growing up working in her father’s office, she always knew that some day she would join her parents in the dental field.Noelle graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biology at William Jessup University in 2016. Noelle was awarded the Biology Outstanding Graduate Award and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities Award upon graduation.She continued her education at Cypress College and acquired her license and Associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 2019 while serving as Class President for two years. Noelle takes great pride in her profession. She is passionate about providing the highest standard of care for her patients while offering oral hygiene education for both the improvement of their oral and overall health.

In her spare time, Noelle enjoys spending time with her family, being active, painting, reading, cooking and baking as well as traveling.

Ilissa

Ilissa - Treatment Liaison

Ilissa is a professional, hard working and detail-oriented virtual marketing professional with a track record of accomplishments both academically and as an employee. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Marketing Degree. Ilissa’s specialties are social media, digital media, market research and customer relations. In her free time, Ilissa enjoys being outdoors water skiing, snowboarding, and biking.

Barry

Barry Rozelle, C.D.T.

Barry is a Certified Dental Technician with over 34 years experience in ceramics, crown & bridge, implant restorations and removable prosthetics. Barry graduated in 1979 from the California College of Dental Technologies. Barry's laboratory is located within Dr. Exler's office and he has worked closely with Dr. Exler and his patients for over 20 years. Barry's hobbies include golf, stand-up comedy and painting with water and acrylic colors.

Alex

Alex Nam, M.D.T., C.D.T.

Alex Sang Kuk Nam is a Master Dental Technician with over 40 years of experience. Over those years Alex has worked with some of the most distinguished doctors including Dr. Mark Exler, whom he has a long standing relationship with for over 10 years. He was rewarded 1st place in the Ceramic Dental Technology Competition in Korea and was the President of the Board Examiners in the Korea CDT National Examination. Alex studied in the Waseda Dental Training Center in Japan taking courses in Ceramic & Implant studies and Japan's National Dental Technology course as well. He later continued Dental Technician Courses at UCLA. He has also taught at the Master Ceramist College as both the director and head instructor. He has internationally lectured over a 10 year period including the prestigious QDT Symposium in Yokohama, Japan.
